Christen Knudsen (f 1955) Chairman of the Board
Mr. Knudsen is the fourth generation of Borgestad ASA´s original founding family. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Handelshøyskolen in Bergen, Norway, and is CEO of Borgestad ASA. Mr. Knudsen has had central positions within the Group since 1990. Mr. Knudsen is the principal shareholder and has been Chairman of the Board in Borgestad Industries ASA since 2008.

Gøran Sigfridsson (f 1948)
Mr. Sigfridsson holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Lunds Tekniske Høyskole, Sweden. Mr. Sigfridsson worked as CEO of Beijer Electronics AB between 1981-2008, a public listed company in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Sigfridsson currently works as an independent consultant and holds several board positions. Mr. Sigfidsson has been a board member of Borgestad Industries since 2008.

Hedda Foss Five (f 1976)
Ms. Foss Five is a deputy leader of Skien Labour Party. She has a number of political office, has experience as a political advisor and as chief secretary in Norway´s largest political youth organisation AUF. In addtion Ms. Foss Five was the deputy leader in Telemark´s Labour Party Group over the years 1999-2003. Ms. Foss Five is candidating as political chairman in Skien in the local election in 2011. Ms. Foss Five has been a board member of Borgestad Industries ASA since 2008.

Mona Møller (f 1949)
Ms. Møller holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Norges Tekniske Høgskole and Dr. Philos from the University of Oslo, Norway. Ms. Møller is head of Research & Development in Kappa Bioscience AS. During 2002-2006 was she CEO of GemVax AS, which in 2006 was purchased by Danish interests. From 1985-2001 she was employed by Norsk Hydro as Senior Research Scientist and later Research Director. Ms. Møller has been a board member of Borgestad Industries since 2008.

Reidar Huglen (f 1948)
Mr. Huglen holds a Doctorate in Engineering in addition to his Master of Engineering from Norges Tekniske Høgskole. He has extensive competance from the Norwegian aluminium industry and is a member in several boards and technical committees in international aluminium companies. He is also a participant of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences. Mr. Huglen is currently employed by Hydro Aluminium Primary Metal and has been a board member of Borgestad Industries ASA since 2008.
