Election committee

According to Article 9, the election committee consists of two members who shall be shareholders or representatives of shareholders. The election Committee member and the leader are to be elected by the General Meeting for two years.

At the General Meeting, held on June 3rd 2010, Niels C. Møller (leader) and Lars Skjeldbred were re-selected for two years.
